Prop Pal needle system is designed by a builder as an alternative to strongboys and steel beams. 

1200mm length leaves plenty of room around the steel to work in and only one brick removal means less re-building after the steel installation. 

They can be used with acrows on both ends, or with the plate by supporting the joists from underneath, removing the need to puncture the floor.
